Resource referrals are a major component of Impact One. We act as a conduit between community residents and the available resources throughout the city. This service consists of connecting individuals with social services such as; Health and Human Service, employment opportunities, youth services, housing resources, educational resources, financial resources, drug/alcohol abuse services etc.
We use our relationships with community partners to provide a direct link between the individuals we work with and the variety of services provided. We work with our clients to make sure their needs are being met. We will walk them through the process of receiving services; from intake to completion if necessary. We strive to streamline the intake process and cut through the red tape. With a dedicated point of contact at each organization, our client’s needs are more efficiently met.
